Relax in our Guest Lounge

Enjoy the time we spend servicing your vehicle by taking in the news on our LCD TV and having a hot beverage served to you by our barista who is on hand from 8AM to 6PM. We also offer other types of beverages along with fresh baked cookies served throughout the day. Wi-Fi is available in the lounge to ensure a steady connection for all mobile devices. If you have some business to conduct then feel free to use our private work stations at your convenience. Don’t forget that pets are welcome as well!

Appointments with Ease

We aim to make servicing your Lexus as easy as possible, take advantage of our shuttle service that can pick you up and drop you off at home or work. We also offer convenient Saturday hours from 8AM to 5PM. Schedule upcoming appointments for specific dates and times with our online schedule form. 

Night Drop

If you need to drop off your Lexus the day before your scheduled service appointment, take advantage of our Night Drop system. There is mailbox outside the service bay doors on the east side of the building with envelopes. Place your information and keys in our secured box and we will take care of your vehicle first thing in the morning!

Loaner Vehicles

When you bring your vehicle in for service, Lexus loaner cars are provided for appointments lasting longer than 2 hours.
