Lexus of Seattle is looking for a Receptionist. Pending business need, the schedule will look similar to the following:

Saturday 8-5
Sunday 11-6
Monday 7:30-4:30
Tuesday 10-7
Wednesday 10-7

This position will assist our Sales; Service and Parts departments with greeting guest and ensuring all their needs are met and will perform additional administrative duties as assigned to support the administration office.

Qualified applicants will have a solid understanding and be comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. The position requires someone with a friendly, professional, positive, and enthusiastic demeanor, who is self motivated, can prioritize, multi task, and problem solve. This person must also be able to complete assignments with accuracy, a sense of urgency, and a 'no problem' attitude.
