The management was very helpful in resolving some issues that we had. We were happy with a good deal we received. I'm terrified of dealerships because I'm a very timid person, and they always seem to make me uncomfortable with their pushiness and tactics. Earl made me feel comfortable and safe regarding my purchase and, after telling him I didn't want anything extra, he let it be and just helped me thru the car buying process. I have never been anything but completely Satisfied with my service here. My last visit this weekend was with service agent Alan Tandy and he was polite and professional. He gave me honest and thorough advice. I recommend the service center here. They always take care of my HS250, my factory recalls. Great job.
They absolutely refused to program a keyfob for me. They gave me a look of disgust when I asked if they knew any places that would do it instead. It's a shame because the car has been really great to me. Guess this will be the last time I buy any Lexus or Toyota brand product. Ugh... AVOID THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT ALL COSTS.Edit: They have since then contacted me and righted what had been done. Thanks to Kevin for getting in contact with me and helping me out.
