This was the best buying experience we've ever had. Being able to fill out paperwork online prior to our appointment and reserving the test drive ahead of time were great, but then once we got there Pauline Ushigusa made it SUPER painless. We made a couple of weird mistakes, it didn't even cross my mind to bring a check AND when we got our proof of insurance out we hadn't realized it was expired. Chris Alder was very accommodating and made sure we got a loaner for our visit. The technician Brian who worked on the vehicle did very professional work and left the vehicle clean and tidy after the repairs.

It's nice to be able to call Tim directly to help me schedule for my regular maintenance on my car. I feel he is honest and trustworthy.
The only complaint was that when I looked at my watch and realized it had been 90 minutes and I still hadn't been called I went out to look and saw my car sitting there obviously done. I don't if it had just arrived or if it had been there awhile. My point is that all though your waiting area is very nice I just as soon only sit there as long as I have to. Also I don't understand why washing the car had anything to do with covid 19 or having drinks in the refrigerator. My impression is that business's ...
Considering Covid 19, service was still great, Ken and Jim compensated the detailing part of my car by a brief but great personable conversation. It was friendly and made me feel welcomed and part of the Lexus experience. I had a co-worker that just purchased a Lexus there and told them he needs to service his car there, as well. He will not regret it.
